I am CHE-MING YANG, and you could also call me Chris, After graduating from National Tsing Hua University, I joined Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company as a Process Engineer in chemical thin film processes. I had a deep learning as a process engineer with professional knowledge. Through the 2 years working experience, We encountered various process issues that required timely solutions. Considering overall capacity and cost, improving my responsible processes became a significant challenge. Through collaborative efforts with mentors and colleagues, I took on the responsibility of two processes and participated in numerous improvement projects. Furthermore, as each project involved cooperation among different departments, I learned teamwork and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships and also enhanced my problem-solving abilities, crucial for addressing the continuous production and operational issues in the semiconductor industry.
