In light of rising COVID in early 2020, I designed a daily mission campaign with a series of reward to increase member activity. No promotion cost is involved, only platform reward (e.g. avatar) is used.

To increase game discussion and attract more ad spending from gaming industry, I planned and designed Game Zone on Dcard which include top banner, related game forums, game post feed and occasional free virtual gift for users.



After the project is launched, I worked with game sales and visited important clients from gaming industry, introducing this product to them and successfully got collaborations.

Flipster Traditional Chinese Community Growth

Walle'Mon is a growth experiment conducted in growth squad of Blocto. It's breeding game built on Arbitrum. It's designed with a freemium model and focused on user experience instead of a traditional play-to-earn model. 

It leveraged visual concept of Tamagotchi and targeted the Japanese market. It's pre-launched with an NFT drop campaign during Halloween and officially launched in November. The game has attracted 1,000+players during launch phase and listed as one of the three pet games by Japanese influencer (along with Fren Pet).
