Hi Everyone, I'm Ralph, Yeh, I graduated from National Chia Tung University(NCTU) with a Master's degree and majored in Opto-electronic engineering. My thesis is about Frequency-domain photon migration(FDPM) technique application for noninvasive measurement in biomedical tissue. In Radiant-Opto electronics company, my major project was light guide plate design and material selection for the laptop monitor and automotive application. Based on different outline designs, the light guide plate design not only needs to reach the target lumination but also the performance of the product surface is important. I have assisted Sharp/JDI...etc for product development as my work experience. In ASE, I am a product engineer to manage project progress and update to the customer. And I have handled 5G/Sensor/Antenna project as experience. The major type of product is Sip (System in Package) which is an advanced technique in semiconductor sealing. Compared to the traditional technique, Sip technique shows the size thining and higher density structure in the product.
