Daniel Podor grew up in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, where a strong community and personal ambition shaped his outlook from an early age. As a young athlete, he spent years involved in soccer, sprinting, and distance running. These experiences taught him discipline, resilience, and teamwork —qualities that have remained with him throughout his life and career.
Daniel began his college studies at Rollins College and later completed a degree in business at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. His dedication to learning continued when he earned an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, with a concentration in entrepreneurship and leadership. For him, education has always been a lifelong pursuit rather than just a goal. He enjoys reading widely and collects books, especially those focused on American history and the heritage of Cleveland.
Professionally, Daniel has built his career in cardiovascular medical device sales, working with both startups and large companies. He is respected for his strategic approach and his ability to strike a balance between structure and adaptability. In addition to his corporate work, he founded a marketing agency specializing in electric vehicle charging and a consulting practice focused on sales strategy and marketing. These ventures show his interest in innovation, sustainability, and mentoring others.
Family is central to his life. Daniel lives in Bethesda, Maryland, with his wife, two daughters, and son. He values time spent together, whether reading or supporting their activities. His interest in endurance sports has led him to participate in several 5Ks and half-marathons, which he views as a means to stay healthy and focused.
He is committed to giving back by supporting the American Heart Association and volunteering through his church's homeless program. In his spare time, he follows soccer, supports Cleveland sports teams, and enjoys exploring a variety of books.
Daniel Podor continues to focus on meaningful work, caring for his family, and learning with steady purpose and curiosity.
