He later played for the Las Vegas Locomotives in the United Football League and helped the team win a championship. Growing up in Imlay City, Michigan, David excelled in multiple sports, including basketball, football, and track. He earned All-State honors in basketball and set records in track. He contributed over 60 touchdowns on the football field during high school, showcasing his athletic abilities. After high school, he attended Grand Valley State University, where he helped lead the team to its first National Championship and set multiple NCAA records. Kircus’s professional football career began with the Detroit Lions, where he quickly gained recognition for his hard work and impactful plays. He then joined the Denver Broncos, where he continued to impress, particularly during the preseason, with a standout 84-yard touchdown reception. In addition to his on-field accomplishments, he also took on the role of mentor, helping young players adjust to the professional game. After retiring from football, David transitioned to the business world and became the COO of TEAM Strategies.
