I was responsible for the implementation and delivery of accounts in Asia for Hudson's RPO business that focuses on outsourced recruitment services. In this role, I developed strong expertise and experience in the area of talent acquisition across Asia Pacific. I worked closely with Hudson’s clients to understand their current state of business and guided them through the entire human capital transformation process to enable the client to be competitively positioned by having the right type of talent in their organisation for both their present and future needs.
Apart from leading delivery teams across the region, I was also involved in business development activities to grow the existing accounts and to develop new business.
