- Make sales strategy planning and implementaion of standart operating procedures such as routing, scheduling, product knowledge, designing sales communications, does & doesn't, role playing, daily meeting & evaluation, etc.
- Develop, manage and monitor the direct sales team to carry out the work properly, correctly, and also achieve the target
