- Employee onboarding & offboarding management
- Conduct HR operation task such as creating payroll information form and collecting Overtime Records for payroll processing purpose, and annually update the WLKP (Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan di Perusahaan).
- Assist to review and input the HR legal-related information and incorporate changes into the Company Regulation, also monitor its' implementation to ensure compliance.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Report the implementation of HR initiatives at the regional level to HR team in headquarter level.
- Maintenance and issuance of office utilities such as AC, IT items, office supplies, etc.
- Handle and review the creation and renewal of lease agreement of warehouse leased and heavy equipment to the related vendor and notary.
