• Oversee all aspects of administrative work on the farm, including coordination between management and farm workers.
• Organizing work schedules and distributing tasks among employees to ensure effective production and achievement of set targets.
• Verifying the availability of the necessary materials for the production process, such as fodder, water and medicinal materials.
• Dealing with suppliers and distributors and managing their relationships, including arranging and coordinating timely delivery of needed materials.
• Organizing and controlling hatchery and fattening operations and all stages of production.
