Led a multidisciplinary team across 8 engineering divisions, managing the full lifecycle of Ethanol and Electric Vehicle projects from design to manufacturing and testing. Oversaw national competition entry (KMHE – Urban Concept Class), secured external funding through technical and financial pitching, and provided cross-functional engineering support in composite structures and powertrain transmission design, focusing on weight reduction, manufacturability, and system integration.

Conducted data error analysis on slickline correlation using Gauge Cutter (GC) to optimize operations. Analyzed correlation error trends with respect to depth, identified the most efficient operators with minimal error rates, and provided insights to reduce operational costs and improve overall efficiency.

Led technical execution and cross-division integration as Team Leader during KMHE 2023. Planned and managed the development of aerodynamic body and frame systems for Ethanol and Electric vehicles, designed critical mechanical components (motor brackets, battery/accumulator mounts, and transmission structures), and led the aluminum chassis design and manufacturing project, achieving a 49% mass reduction while maintaining structural performance. Developed and iterated a three-wheeled prototype using SolidWorks and ANSYS, optimizing strength-to-weight ratio and aerodynamic efficiency.

Served as Acting Head of the Body and Frame Division during KMHE 2022, supporting technical decision-making and competition execution. Contributed to rear axle system design with emphasis on load distribution and manufacturability, performed structural and manufacturing analysis of carbon fiber components using vacuum bagging and resin infusion, and designed an ultra-low-drag three-wheeled vehicle body achieving a drag coefficient of 0.09.
