The Capstone Design Project is entitled Designing Kanban Two-bin Replenishment to Support the Design and Standardization of a Digitalization-Based Warehouse Operational System at CV. Service Partners. Roles and Responsibilities in the two-bin replenishment kanban design section at the CV.Mitra Service warehouse: 1. Carry out the stock taking process. 2. Designing a spare parts Reorder Point with a two-bin replenishment system. 3. Classify fast moving and slow moving spare parts. 4. Making changes to the storage system which has increased the spare parts search process time from 28 seconds with a distance of 18 feet to 7 seconds with a distance of 5 feet for professional staff while amateur staff takes 114 seconds with a distance of 29 feet to 14 seconds 8 feet.
