Strategy & Business Development
• Executed revenue-generation initiatives to slow down cash burn, resulting $1.7MM revenue (or an equivalent of 2 months of cash runway) in FY21 through health education ad-sales; covered all stages of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Brought in 15+ new partnership accounts in various industry sectors including healthcare, pharmaceutical, supplement, medical equipment, F&B and higher education
• Designed streamlining processes to increase efficiency including electronic medical record (EMR), clinic-operations handbook and user incentive (rewards) program
• Assembled 5 out of 8 medical advisory board members by connecting Taiwan's most prominent Doctors of different specializations to ĒSEN’s referral and care network
Business Analysis (Market research & Data analytics)
• Built a marketing operations engine for business analytics from scratch
• Researched market/competitors and sized markets to achieve a service and product market fit
• Analyzed clinic internal customer data and STP framework to capture buyer persona and ideal customer profile for precision marketing and effectively lowered the cost of acquisition
Project Management
• Coordinated and managed the ĒSEN Pharmacy Project
• Responsible for all communication of objectives, key results, timelines to internal and external stakeholders, including legal, interior design, human resources, finances, and operations
