Manage the profitability and growth of customer accounts within sales region and developing and maintaining key customer relationships in line with the business plan

• Provide support and assistance to the sales manager as required, for the efficient operation of both sales and site offices and associated functions. • Maintenance of internal Bradken system including CRM • Liase with a market support team on sales and marketing information and promotion • Ensure that customers are sent fortnightly advice on products dispatched and currently on order • To distribute all tender and contract documents, providing feedback to management, to ensure the best possible outcomes for Bradken and its customers.

• To administer, coordinate and make any necessary improvement in the areas of cost, planning and performance administrative and systems support in Concentrating Division maintenance planning • Plan, coordinate and control short and long-term mechanical maintenance planning schedules • Coordinate and track monthly report of Concentrating maintenance budget and expenditures. • Control and monitor material management system processes. • Prepare scheduled/unscheduled downtime analysis monthly reports for superior and related departments • Act as administrator for the section, including any required management business visitor arrangement, to ensure consumer confidence

• Monitor and coordinate in terms of all maintenance activities planned jobs, in terms of labor, materials and down time. • Achieve NS Crusher - 84% availability • Identify the top two unscheduled mechanical down time and implement an action plan to reduce by 30% • Provide reporting data to KPI (equipment availability, planned schedule compliance, forecast vs. actual budget, equipment cost saving, manpower summary). • Provide reporting and data analytical support for the yearly forecast maintenance budget

Conduct training for technician operators about Comprehend Basic, Principle, Operation, Trouble shooting, & Procedure at Plant, which is included Crushing, High Pressure Grinding Roll, Grinding, & Flotation.

Trained and prepared as an instructor for mill operations, learning all matters related to operational plants, especially crushing plant.
