- Hands-on Talent Acquisition personally, ensuring the timely and effective recruitment of qualified
candidates for Operations positions.
- Facilitate end-to-end processes, from on-boarding to off-boarding, ensuring a seamless integration for new hires and a respectful exit for departing employees.
・Employee Relations and Mediation:
- Manage employee relations by conducting investigations, offering guidance, and resolving conflicts fairly.
- Act as a mediator between employees and management to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
・Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance review processes, providing guidance to managers on goal-setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Collaborate with Operations leaders to address performance issues and formulate improvement plans.
・HR Policies, Compliance, and Industry Trends:
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements within the Operations Division.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance HR processes and align them with evolving standards.
・Employee Engagement Initiatives:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the Operations team.
