Divisi Minat Bakat is one of the divisional branches of HMTPWK. This division is responsible for overseeing the interests and talents of students in arts, sports and other special interests. There are several work programs carried out in this division, such as art classes, plano genjot, nebula and many other work programs. As treasurer, I am in charge of financial arrangements in the form of income and expenses as well as financial reporting to the HMTPWK treasury division.

I had the opportunity to be a research assistant for Mrs. Ratna Eka Suminar, ST, M.Sc. with fellow students Zidan Atthoriq and Arya Mahardika. for the research discussed, namely Research on the Process of Formation and Transformation of Village Identity (Case of Nglanggeran Village, Gunung Kidul). Nglanggeran Village is a tourist village that won the Best Tourism Village Predicate 2021. In addition, Nglanggeran Village has beautiful natural wealth as evidenced by the existence of an ancient mountain and is famous as a village with cocoa plantations. The three important points we discussed were regarding: - Village Identity Formation and Transformation Process - Relationship between Village Identity - Local Economy and the Role of Village Identity in the Development Process.

During my 4th semester of college, I also gained experience as a lecturer assistant in Konsep keteknikan untuk peradaban courses. In this study, I helped my lecturer, Prof. Ir. Sudaryono, M.Eng, Ph.D and Mrs. Ratna Eka Suminar, ST, M.Sc. as a lecturer from the 2022 Konsep keteknikan untuk peradaban course. Konsep keteknikan untuk peradaban is one of the general courses for students of the Faculty of Engineering, Gadjah Mada University which aims to provide knowledge to students that an engineer does not only work to create tools, but to improve human civilization. I get a lot of experience as a teaching assistant and assistant supervisor for students. In addition, I can fill my spare time on the sidelines of the vacant lecture hours.

Collegacy Indonesia is a student organization committed to enhancing the skills needed in today's workforce to create leaders. Brand Ambassadors play a role in introducing Collegacy Indonesia to the general public, especially students so that they are more familiar with and know what events are organized by Indonesian collegages. Many important knowledge and lessons were learned from the activities held by Collegacy Indonesia.

As a staff member, I had the opportunity to work under the auspices of an artistic interest and became the coordinator of the 2021 PWK Student Art Appreciation Coordinator.

Content Creator is one of the branches of promotional activities and the introduction of Collegacy Indonesia to the general public. The media platform used is TikTok to display educational videos to the public through selected Brand Ambassador members.

Pelatihan Perencana Muda is an annual activity held to assist the debriefing of new students in preparing for the world of lectures under the guidance of the PSDM HMTPWK division. The job of Public Relations here is to help find and contact community leaders to become speakers. In addition, Public Relations works as the person in charge of relations between the outside community and the committee.

Teknik Fair 2021 is an event to help new student fighters, especially high school students who want to continue their higher education at the engineering faculty of Gadjah Mada University, to find out more about all the sundries in the UGM Faculty of Engineering. In this roadshow session, it was discussed about departments at FT UGM, majors at FT UGM, Entrance Paths, Scholarships, organizations and many more. The event organized by the Teknik Fair 2021 not only a roadshow but also a Teknik Highlight and a Talk Show as the highlight of the event.

Co-facilitators are companions for new students to better introduce the University. In addition to being a new student supervisor, Cofas is also the first friend for new students who is commonly referred to as "gamada". Cofas is required to instill good quality because later Cofas will become a role model for new students. The tasks carried out during PPSMB are student mentoring, mentoring and student instruction to implement PPSMB and sharing stories with friends. Becoming a Cofas is a very interesting and unforgettable new experience and challenge.

Internship in the human resource development division is an activity that is held every time a new member is accepted for members of the HMTPWK division. This Divisional Internship is held for one month to teach various things regarding the introduction of divisions such as how the activities and work patterns in each division to be addressed, planning work program activities, forming development classes and so on. During the internship, I and the PSDM internship division team succeeded in making Mental Health development classes, carrying out several work programs such as the korsa challenge and so on. It is hoped that the output of the interns will be able to contribute to providing the best performance for the HMTPWK UGM.

Tayuban is an activity held during the new orientation of regional and urban planning students. This activity contains the results of regional studios that have been running for one semester and displays them through virtual exhibitions using artstep. Through this program, outsiders can find out what is the focus of learning and the results obtained in the study of regional and urban planning student studios. My duties as treasurer are as follows: - responsible for financial problems at the tayuban event - assisting the management and distribution of funds in tayuban events - making financial reporting - record every need and provide results regarding the processing of existing money - and much more
