What started with a humble beginning at "Design Dynamics", a local design firm, eventually led me to a creative staff position at Berdaya. Creative, one of the advertising agencies in Surabaya. During my tenure at Berdaya.Creative, I spearheaded a team of 3 designers and we successfully launched more than 50 campaigns for clients across various industries. Every victory, every challenge made me more involved and more in love with the design world. In the midst of meeting deadlines and client expectations, I make time for my other passion - mentoring young designers. If I'm not in front of a computer screen, I'm probably on a basketball court. I believe in the philosophy of "work hard, play hard" and this is reflected in my work culture. I encourage my team to take regular breaks, engage in physical activity, and maintain a work-life balance.
