Talent Acquisication Expert 1. Provide end-to-end solution of Talent acquisition for applicants related to Hospitality, Trust & safety and Digital Marketing 2. Evaluating and sourcing potential candidates using every tool in my possession to identify a diverse slate of candidates. 3. Work closely with the other team members in terms of guiding and leading them 4. Participates and leads special projects as needed, such as new implementations or enhancements in the process 4. Keeps abreast of employment market trends/ opportunities and evaluates impact on the hiring plans and forecasts. Recommends or initiates action for staffing initiatives as it relates to market conditions/trends. 5. Develops, supports and maintains strong partner relationships with hiring managers, functional leaders and Clients.
