1. Analyze customer needs data and potential cost that arise.
2. Coordinate with Operations and Vendor Management teams.
3. Create proposals and quotations and assist the sales team to
explain solutions to customers.
4. Support P&L for Local RFQ or Global RFQ especially Freight
Forwarding business.
5. Act as first contact for several big account customers
(Support communication on detail requirement and maintain
relationship with customer).
6. Helping the sales team review commercial side in accordance
with the agreement of both parties also support document
preparation.
7. Carry out the implementation of the won projects.
8. Analyze market prices to provide competitive prices and
analyze competitor.
9. Support RFI Clarification and Tender Submission for
existing/new customer.
10. Create a timeline from the request from sales to the final
proposal to the customer so that it can be completed on time.
11. Support to generate leads (to get opportunity from new or
existing customer and maintain CRM (update pipeline, tender
or quotation).
