Key responsibilities:
Serve as International/National Compensation and Benefits Subject Matter Expert/Point of contact for Indonesia Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Vietnam and Germany.
Detailed responsibilities:
- Manage day to day staff payroll and staff benefits management for International/Expatriates and National staff in 5 countries (Indonesia, Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Vietnam, and Germany).
- Manage HRIS system to include payroll, leave and loan management, staff personnel information, staff on-boarding and departure checklist system.
- Manage staff 's insurances (medical, life) , retirement plan, staff loan management.
- Calculate and provide recommendation on staff's salary adjustment/reward management and provide C&B recommendation for new International/National staff.
- Manage on-boarding program and separation process for International and National Staff.
- Provide required information on the Compensation and Benefits documents for various audit purposes to Donors, Internal and External Auditors.
- Provide the information on the Compensation and Benefits documents for various salary survey purposes and analyzing the salary survey report and
provide recommendation for the salary changes as required.
- Act as a liaison with Managers, Staff and Staff Association for implementation and communication of new C&B programs and its changes as required.
- Provide consultation and operational support to HR Partners and Business Leaders regarding compensation and benefits related matters e.g., salary, policy & guideline, interpretation, etc.
- Conduct policy development process by providing research on options in various Human Resources related changed initiatives and alignment benefits process.
- Create, amend International and local Compensation and Benefits policies, practices, governance processes and procedures as well as local Compensation and Benefits compliance and support of fiduciary arrangement.
- Liaise with insurance and retirement vendors BPJS, private vendors in Indonesia, US, and Belgium for managing and set-up suitable plan for staff's Insurances and retirement plan. Act as HR Focal Point with vendors.
- Supervise HR Assistant for Compensation and Benefits Unit.
Manage hosting agreement with third party :
o Prepare and drafting hosting agreement between CIFOR and other
organizations.
o In coordination with other relevant teams at CIFOR reviewing the agreement.
o Provide cost/budget for the hosting agreement.
o Maintain Hosting Agreement data.
o Liaise with other organization to finalize the agreement.
As a back-up person for the position of HR Officer, Recruitment & Training
Development and HR Officer, Contract Management.
