My name is Duen-Lin Chuang, or you can just call me by my English name, Frank. I received my bachelor's degree in Fire Science at Central Police University. To improve myself, I am currently studying at my master's degree in Civil Engineering and Disaster Mitigation at National Taipei University of Technology. Since graduating from the Central Police University in 2020, I have been serving at the New Taipei City Government , Fire Department. Initially, for the first two and half years, I worked in the Fire Prevention Division. My main role included the inspection of fire safety equipment, formulating principles of fire safety inspections, and handling the public safety of New Taipei City, as well as providing educational training. In April 2023, I was promoted to the position of branch head in the Luzhou Branch of the Third Emergency and Rescue Corps, concurrently serving as the commander of the fire safety inspector team in the Luzhou District. As a fire scene commander, my mainly role included dealing with unexpected incident, putting out the fire disaster. Skilled in communication, first responding, and fire prevention education or training. I know how to train employees and the masses. So they can effectively find out the fire risk in base, and to meet company requirements and supply initial response in fire scene. As for my personality traits, many companion expressed that I am a energetic and positive person. I am willing to face any challenge, and I have the experience of leading a 30-subordinate team. I think my leadership could help me achieve the goal.
