I have amassed a wide range of professional knowledge and experience throughout my career, including software application and development, project management and communication, mechanical design and manufacturing, public construction bidding and execution, carbon footprint inventory. I have honed cross-field problem solving skill and strategic thinking of digital transformation. And I am good at discovering problems and bottleneck, finding appropriate solutions, streamline business process. I also pride myself on my ability to navigate complex challenges. I am a software manager with 7 years. In my current job, I have been able to build technical team and assist our company close a big project deal, implement a global system integrating with CRM, SAP, order system, design system of our client, consolidating their headquarter and worldwide design centers, manufacturing plants, and many affiliates. Also, we continually iterate and improve with agile methodology to assist their digital transformation. In order to move projects forward smoothly, building trust relationship with clients, partners, team members are crucial to me, and also gained lots of in-house experiences. I have practical applying, developing, integrating experience on PLM, CAD, EXCEL, Web APP, AD/LDAP authorization, Selenium, and familiar with OOP, MVC, N-Tier, Distributed, Federated, RESTful API, Low-Code architecture design. Besides, I am the first and only one in Taiwan who implements ENOVIA solution to manage full 3D model of complete rolling stock. In addition to working, I keep exploring and learning new things such as Google Apps Script (GAS), AppSheet, DevOps, AI and Cloud application.
