Determine product specifications Define the long term strategy of the product and create product road map Prepare product documents including Market Requirement Documents and product use cases to drive product activity Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities Manage and communicate with cross functional teams

 Pre-sales and introduce our product or service to customers.  Help customers to integrate the requirements and define the RFP to them.  Project cost control and analysis.  Proposal delivery and present.  Create Project Timelines &Deliverables and check them termly.  Regular meeting with all stakeholders and Co-work with them closely.

 Lead the planning and implementation of project and work with Alcatel & Dell team.  Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.  Define project tasks and resource requirements.  Assemble and coordinate with project staffs.  Plan and manage project schedule timelines.  Report constantly to all stakeholders and check the consistency between their expect and project status.  Risks analysis and problems solving.
