Interning in the Logistic Distribution Department at PT Astra Honda Motor through the MSIB Campus Merdeka Batch 5 program was an incredible experience. Five months filled with knowledge, insights, and valuable experiences that brought me a step closer to entering the professional world. Learning directly in the field, I gained an understanding of the complexities of PT Astra Honda Motor's distribution process. Various projects and real-world challenges honed my problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills. The guidance from mentors and colleagues helped me grow. This internship opened my eyes to the complexities and dynamics of the logistics world in the automotive industry. It equipped me with essential knowledge, insights, and skills to confidently move forward in my future career.

I learned the flour production process starting from the process of shipping wheat to producing packaged flour.
