During my Master’s studies in Management, I was actively involved as a member of Himpunan Mahasiswa Pascasarjana Ilmu Ekonomi (HIMPASTIE), an organization focused on talent development, personal interests, and humanitarian activities. Through this role, I gained valuable experience in managing human resources, building strong teamwork, and developing member growth strategies. This experience has strengthened my understanding of organizational management, leadership, and effective communication, all of which are highly relevant to the fields of marketing and business strategy.

During my undergraduate studies in Management, I was actively involved as the Human Resource Coordinator in Musicrew, an extracurricular division focused on developing talents and interests in music. In this role, I learned how to manage human resources, build strong teamwork, and develop strategies for member growth. This experience strengthened my understanding of organizational management, leadership, and effective communication.
