• Manage spare part inventory of devices such as iPhone, Western Digital (HDD), Lenovo, and Moto to ensure optimal availability to support repair and technical support needs. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient stock management.
• Manage the spare part request process, including coordination with the logistics or warehouse team. Monitor and validate supply data and ensure fulfillment of spare part needs.
• Calculate daily revenue routinely and audit monthly deposits and invoices with the finance and audit teams.
• Arrange delivery and fulfillment of HDD replacements (Western Digital, Seagate) for mail-in service customers, ensuring replacements are carried out quickly and accurately. Confirm repair status, costs, and service unit pickup schedules to customers. Provide explanations regarding standard procedures for filing for warranty and non-warranty services.
• Conduct monthly stock opname of spare parts, cosmetics, accessories, and service units at outlets. Report stock opname results and related data such as invoices and cellphone services to the audit team.
• Handle customer service via telephone related to service unit data, including warranty and non-warranty service claims. Provide information and solutions to customer inquiries.
• Update customers on device repair status, including statuses such as in progress, closed, waiting for pick up, pending, and minutes, to ensure clear and transparent communication.
