我來自馬來西亞，2014 年來台就讀中山工商電子科建教合作班，並於億光電子擔任作業員，操作機台並確實達成產出要求，獲得主管肯定。2017 年進入正修科技大學，期間於華泰電子實習，初期擔任機台操作員，後因表現優異被提拔為收發員與代理領班。2021 年畢業後透過公司內部甄選轉任生產計劃部，擔任生產管理師，主要負責生產排程、進度監控、報表製作與流程優化。具備扎實的製造現場經驗與管理能力，能在壓力下維持效率並持續提升流程效能。 I am from Malaysia and came to Taiwan in 2014 to study at National Sun Shan Industrial & Commercial Vocational High School, where I participated in the cooperative education program and worked at Everlight Electronics as a production operator. During my internship, I consistently met production targets and earned recognition from my supervisors. In 2017, I pursued my bachelor’s degree at Cheng Shiu University, while interning at Powertech Technology Inc. (PTI). I started as a machine operator and was later promoted to material handler and acting shift leader due to strong performance. After graduation in 2021, I passed the internal recruitment and transitioned to the Production Planning Department as a Production Planner. My responsibilities include production scheduling, progress monitoring, report generation, and process optimization. With hands-on manufacturing experience and planning expertise, I excel at improving efficiency and delivering results under pressure.
