1. Create daily vouchers and cash reports
2. Manage petty cash
3. Journalize all company transactions
4. Prepare bank payment documents (domestic or foreign)
5. Follow up AR/AP
6. Create sales report and project costing
7. Create tax invoice in E-Faktur & SPT PPN
8. Calculating employee commission
9. Record the value of all company assets including inventory
10. Record all costs and expenses in the general ledger
11. Create monthly and annual financial reports (Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheets, Changes in Equity, and Cash Flow)
Administration job description:
1. Communicate well and provide excellent service to customers and vendors
2. Create invoice, DO, POs to vendors, quotation to customers, and other important letters
3. Organize and prepare shipment to customers
4. Handle import and export shipment
5. Follow up new customer and handle vendor registration
6. Stock checking
7. Record sales POs, purchase POs, and quotation into the system
8. Handling all administrative and office needs
