• Develop catering groups, chain brand customers, distribution channels, and new market projects (e.g. 雙月食品社、起家雞、老先覺、潮味決總部、各大POS&經銷夥伴)
• Plan, implement, monitor, and manage the introduction of the channel system
• Analyze customer status, needs and development potential. Provide optimization plan and ensure performance improvement
• Stay informed of market information and provide professional opinions and advice on implementation direction to store owners
• Evaluate, implement, and manage brand projects, write management documents, track and solve problems
• Plan and implement education and training programs for channel and chain store owners.
