In 2014-2015, I participated in the OBM development of the 550 series commercial cardio products, featuring 16” and 19” touch panel displays. My role was as a Project Manager for all electronic-related tasks, such as PCB/cable development scheduling, electromechanical integration, testing, and safety lab debugging. This project accounted for 80% of the company's revenue, with sales reaching 5,000 units annually.
In 2019-2020, I contributed to the development of the new touch panel display with Android 7 for 550 series commercial cardio products . And I contributed to the development of the 450 series semi-commercial cardio products with LED and 10” panel displays. As a Project Manager, I oversaw all electronic-related tasks. This project played a crucial role in expanding the company's product line for the low-cost product markets and generating additional revenue.
In 2021, when the epidemic occurred, the company changed its strategy to focus on developing OBM home multi-function cardio and strength machines. My role was as a Project Manager for all electronic-related tasks. Unfortunately, the project was put on hold after the prototype phase.
In 2021-2022, the company initiated the first ODM project, a desk walking treadmill for home/office use in Japan. This project was also put on hold after the prototype phase.
In 2022, I participated to develop our first OBM home treadmill, the 250 series prototype. However, this project was put on hold due to the improving epidemic situation, leading to economic changes and a crash in the home market.
