Before taking on his current role at the Israel on Campus Coalition (ICC), Jacob Baime served as the National Field Director at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). In that role, he led a team of professional organizers and directed strategic initiatives on college campuses, helping AIPAC strengthen its influence across the United States. He also managed AIPAC’s national training programs, which prepared both high school and college students for leadership in pro-Israel advocacy.
Earlier in his career, Jacob worked as the Area Director for AIPAC’s New England Region and as a political aide to the Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts. These positions gave him valuable experience in politics and helped shape his perspective on U.S.-Israel relations.
Jacob is a Schusterman Senior Fellow, a distinction that reflects his ongoing commitment to leadership development and global understanding, particularly in issues related to Israel. He is also an active member of the Faculty Fellowship Committee for the Jewish National Fund – USA, where he helps develop educational programs that encourage thoughtful dialogue about Israel.
