Webb's passion and extensive involvement in cheerleading, including his previous affiliations with the National Cheerleaders Association and the Universal Cheerleading Association, led him to assume the role of president in 2007. Under his guidance, the ICU has grown exponentially, now serving over 7.5 million athletes across the globe.
