My name is Jen OU-Yang. I was born on Jan. 1, 1983, in Taipei. I am the eldest daughter with one younger brother. I got married and have a child 6 years old. During my leisure time, I attend lecture or course to help myself to improve the skill for the job and help myself to think in different way (CSPO, Agile Summit , system thinking, AgileGirls Community, Satir Workshop, SQL pass). I also enjoy taking a walk and attending the concert or music performance. I am a responsible and never be tired of studying, methodical person. My work experience has given me the benefits of acquiring personality traits such as listen attentively, and patience. I feel that all these traits are important in both our social and work environment. For the past few years I have enjoyed working as a system analyst, business intelligence data analyst, Business Analyst and now I feel comfortable with communication skills and document normalization. Having entered the work force for few years I now feel confident about my actions and how to fulfill my needs in respect to them. I strongly believe in working efficiently and putting the same effort in the time spent outside of work:. Life is short-we should live it to its fullest and hopefully leave something positive behind.
