Information Technology Manager - Planning the strategic development and spearheading Digital transformation initiatives - Provide inputs and insights into the strategic technology and product portfolio roadmap from a software perspective. - Evaluates and recommend new and future technology to improve organizational effectiveness, reduce cost and provide a competitive advantage. - Create standard & procedures to enhance the scalability and performance of existing software architecture. - Work with external vendors on deploying innovative solutions in order to facilitate the current business requirements. - Prepare lifecycle for different projects inclusive of research, development, design, evaluation, testing along with delivery to product management. - Ensure teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, directions, and resources to deliver solutions effectively. - Spearheading Full ERP Deployment by retiring the legacy system and introducing new ERP Software solution to allow scalability and to help with growing business needs. - Experience in handling technologies such as SAP, Oracle 11gR2, MS SQL 2012, MySql, HP-UX and Linux.
