After gaining valuable experience in India, he moved to the United States and settled in Takoma Park, Maryland. The transition involved adapting to new tax codes and financial regulations, but his training and discipline helped him adjust. In 2001, he joined Allstate Insurance and worked for a year in insurance and client advisement. In 2006, he began working with H&R Block, where he spent eight years assisting both individuals and businesses with state and federal tax filings. His work included both routine compliance and long-term planning.

Since 2012, he has been managing My Tax Accounting & Business Service, LLC. His responsibilities include monthly reviews, quarterly reports, payroll processing, tax planning, and audit documentation. His clients include sole proprietors, LLCs, and corporations. Many of these relationships have lasted for decades, showing his commitment and consistency. The firm also assists with past taxes, nonprofit formation, business setup, and Section 8 validation.

He continues to be registered with the Maryland Board of Public Accountancy and remains attentive to changes in tax laws and accounting practices. His background in both law and finance allows him to provide guidance that considers compliance as well as planning.

Outside his professional work, he provides support to international students, new arrivals, and those adjusting to U.S. systems. He has also been involved with charitable efforts, including support for the Salvation Army, and prefers contributions without seeking recognition.

He maintains a structured personal life, following a vegetarian diet, practicing yoga and meditation, and staying active with walking and exercise. In his free time, he enjoys sports, chess, table tennis, and cricket.
