15年來在中小企業服務，實際參與基層作業到管理層的決策，從開始的品管圈推動、全面品質管理、表單電腦化、SAP ERP 模組導入、MES 串接SAP、政府科專鑽寫申請、法人學校合作、A+淬鍊計畫主持人、專利撰寫、新部門創立、新產品新市場開發、材料規範撰寫、碳盤查、企業用續報告書撰寫、TTQS人才訓練、到籌資財務計畫 等。 相關的實戰經驗結合 AI 新技術，將會是中小企主們很需要的資源。中小企業缺的是資源，當時可以經歷這麼多的專案，就是沒資源找資源的策略。過程中深知找到對的人事情就會對。 絕大部分中小企業創辦人胼手胝足，彎下腰努力打拼數年白駒過隙，當抬起頭後，發現日新月異的科技，複雜的國際關係、國際關稅壁壘、組織的老化、接班的問題等。一想到，頭就大，原因:多數可用的員工即將退休，產業競爭，心中惦記二代接班，找不到技術員更不用說專業經理人。 沒有資源下找資源的經營管理顧問，會是我有別於其他顧問的特色。 當時疫情下，成功申請到單一企業A+淬鍊計畫，經濟部總補助近1200萬協助當時公司產品研發，數位化管理軟體導入，AIOT設備導入。2013申請中央型SBIR 600萬，補助研發，後來也取得多項專利。除了自己的努力，還需多善用政府單位的資源，方能穩健成長。政府所提供的補助，除了能提供企業營運的支持外，還可增加研發預算，為公司保持研發能量，並成為後續接受外界投資或創再產學合作的良好基礎 以下是我15來的歷練過程: 15years management experience .I have been experienced technical department, quality control management , new product／new market development. I seeking the company Strategy into more greener processes and more greener products , devoted to lower down co2 emission. ESG trends will keep ongoin and wait for no one.
