15年來在中小企業服務,實際參與基層作業到管理層的決策,從開始的品管圈推動、全面品質管理、表單電腦化、SAP ERP 模組導入、MES 串接SAP、政府科專鑽寫申請、法人學校合作、A+淬鍊計畫主持人、專利撰寫、新部門創立、新產品新市場開發、材料規範撰寫、碳盤查、企業用續報告書撰寫、TTQS人才訓練、到籌資財務計畫 等。 相關的實戰經驗結合 AI 新技術,將會是中小企主們很需要的資源。中小企業缺的是資源,當時可以經歷這麼多的專案,就是沒資源找資源的策略。過程中深知找到對的人事情就會對。
絕大部分中小企業創辦人胼手胝足,彎下腰努力打拼數年白駒過隙,當抬起頭後,發現日新月異的科技,複雜的國際關係、國際關稅壁壘、組織的老化、接班的問題等。一想到,頭就大,原因:多數可用的員工即將退休,產業競爭,心中惦記二代接班,找不到技術員更不用說專業經理人。
沒有資源下找資源的經營管理顧問,會是我有別於其他顧問的特色。 當時疫情下,成功申請到單一企業A+淬鍊計畫,經濟部總補助近1200萬協助當時公司產品研發,數位化管理軟體導入,AIOT設備導入。2013申請中央型SBIR 600萬,補助研發,後來也取得多項專利。除了自己的努力,還需多善用政府單位的資源,方能穩健成長。政府所提供的補助,除了能提供企業營運的支持外,還可增加研發預算,為公司保持研發能量,並成為後續接受外界投資或創再產學合作的良好基礎

During year 2009 the transform period, first I build up SAP ERP financial flow chart to control more precisely cost management. I always believe management depends on chart, chart depends on computer systems.
Secondly, i star to develop Polymer Materials on steel,during 8years hard working, i invent several new
materials and also gain several patents to assist the tradition steel company into different levels. I seeking the company Strategy into more greener processes and more greener products , devoted to lower down co2 emission. ESG trends will keep ongoin and wait for no one.
