Stone Manor on 79th is a family-owned wedding and event venue located in downtown Overland Park, Kansas. At the same time, Synergy Flavors is a global manufacturer of flavorings, extracts, and essences that serves clients across various industries. Keegan’s role at Stone Manor on 79th places him at the helm of a unique venue, set in the historic Strang Line Car Barn, initially built in 1908. The venue, which underwent a complete renovation this year, combines historical charm with modern elegance. It boasts natural stone walls, a wood-planked barrel-roof ceiling, and crystal chandeliers, making it a distinctive location for weddings and special events. As Business Manager, Keegan oversees the venue’s accounting, finances, and customer relationships, ensuring that every event runs smoothly. He is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for couples, helping them bring their dream events to life. Recently, he and a colleague represented the venue at the WedKC 2024 Spring/Winter trade show in Kansas City, further expanding the venue’s presence in the local wedding industry. Keegan’s professional journey at Synergy Flavors began in 2021, right after graduating from college. He started as a Business Development GDP Associate, where he collaborated with the Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to foster and maintain strategic business relationships. His work focused on targeting key business prospects, driving growth, and increasing profitability in alignment with Synergy’s three-year strategic plans. Keegan played an instrumental role in the development of growth initiatives for Synergy’s business segments, which resulted in the creation of more than 12 new business opportunities and generated over $15 million in revenue. By 2022, Keegan was promoted to a new role, and his responsibilities expanded, allowing him to leverage his skills in driving business development and strategic partnerships further.
