At EdgeConneX, Keith has been pivotal in the rollout of a major fiber backhaul initiative that has interconnected over 2000 cellular sites throughout Ohio, substantially enhancing the company's infrastructure. His leadership extended to establishing core real estate, program management, and construction departments. Before his current achievements at EdgeConneX, Keith's career encompassed roles at FiberTower Corp., Teligent, Inc., Nextel, and Westinghouse Communications. With FiberTower, he managed the Midwest Markets as Senior Operations Manager, where he led the deployment and operational management of extensive backhaul networks that combined TDM and Ethernet technologies across a broad network of microwave towers.
His progression continued at Teligent, where he started as Midwest Operations Manager and was rapidly promoted to Director of Operations. He managed field operations and construction in a four-state region in this role, significantly improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies.
Keith's early professional experiences also included managing multiple operational centers for Nextel in Pittsburgh and engaging in sophisticated network engineering tasks at Westinghouse Communications.
Keith obtained his Bachelor of Science in Physics from Carnegie-Mellon University. He grew up in Buffalo, New York, with his brothers Glenn and Brian and is a devoted father to his two sons, Austin and Zak. Beyond his professional pursuits, Keith enjoys a variety of hobbies, such as mountain biking, hiking, woodworking, and guitar playing, which showcase his multifaceted personality.
