負責 Design System 的架構與持續優化,包括 System Guideline、Design Token 與 UI Component,確保設計的一致性與可擴展性。透過與 RD 團隊的緊密協作,提升設計交付效率,推動跨部門的設計標準化,確保系統在各產品線中的無縫應用。
3. 會員增長策略與優化:
與 PM、數據分析團隊密切合作,透過 A/B Testing、用戶行為分析與深度訪談,制定並優化會員增長策略。設計註冊流程與留存機制,降低新用戶進入門檻,提升活躍度與轉換率,打造高效且可持續的會員增長方案。

Deeply understand market trends, business goals, and user needs to formulate effective design strategies that enhance user experience while driving business growth. Utilize data analysis and competitive research to optimize product flows, making trading experiences more intuitive and user-friendly.
2. Design System Development & Maintenance:
Responsible for structuring and continuously improving the Design System, including System Guidelines, Design Tokens, and UI Components, to ensure consistency and scalability. Work closely with the RD team to enhance design delivery efficiency, promote standardized design practices across departments, and ensure seamless integration across product lines.
3. Membership Growth Strategy & Optimization:
Collaborate closely with PMs and data analysis teams to develop and refine growth strategies through A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and in-depth interviews. Design onboarding and retention mechanisms to lower entry barriers, increase engagement, and improve conversion rates, creating a sustainable and effective user growth strategy.
