I am Kevin Yang. I live in Taichung. After completing my B.S. Degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering, I started the Marsman studio as a co-founder and software engineer with my college classmates after completing my military service. My responsibilities range from website development to Linux system administration to online marketing. Within these years, we proudly developed three websites and won the title of the Top 200 websites in Alexa Ranking Taiwan for a while. After leaving Marsman, I joined Jabil Green Point company and worked as a senior software R&D engineer. My responsibilities included developing automatic adjustment and measurement systems, creating a dashboard for the production line to visualize data and monitor machines, and building a CI/CD system by Jenkins for our projects to automate some manual behaviors. I always focus on my work and have gained a good reputation in my team. I then became a DevOps engineer in GE MING Digital Media and Foxit Software Inc. My responsibilities included building many applications in Docker and Kubernetes platforms, creating a dashboard for monitoring and log management platforms to analyze performance. In Foxit Software Inc., I deployed the Kubeflow platform for MLOps and learned some machine learning skills. In my spare time, I also attend programming conferences and hackathon competitions. In the fourth hackathon competition, with my friends, we made an aquarium monitor system with an Arduino board. In the system, it can automatically add water and adjust the temperature. In the end, we won the title of the best popular award in the competition. I am a software engineer who is full of enthusiasm and curiosity. I am good at planning things and willing to face challenges. Through my experiences, I have developed my skills in programming, online marketing, and other abilities. I will always learn to enrich myself and make the company greater.
