Khory Hancock is a highly recognized and skilled professional in the fields of Environmental Science and Planning. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree from the University of the Sunshine Coast, but has since gained additional expertise in leadership, business management, and more. Hancock has been a part of several industries such as mining, construction/carbon farming, agriculture, transportation/infrastructure, lead auditing and many more.
Hancock is a member of various professional associations such as the Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia (ISCA) and International Erosion Control Association (IECA). He also uses to his knowledge to create site-specific plans that address potential and current erosion/sedimentation issues. Hancock is also an advisor for The Land Restoration Fund/Carbon Farming where he assists landowners with their projects while achieving multiple goals.
From 2013-2016, Hancock was part of the founding members of Southern Queensland Land Rehabilitation Group (SQLRG). In 2015, he was picked as an ambassador for Al Gore’s The Climate Reality Project which gave him training from former US Vice President to provide educational talks on climate change and environment conservation.
