Stores and clients (70% of work):
- Briefly and fully introduce products that customers are interested in and intend to experience.
- Receive the shopping needs of customers to propose the most suitable products.
- Maintain product knowledge, return policy and warranty according to the company's regulations.
- Resolve all complaints and problems arising about products in a correct, timely and polite manner.
- Create relationships with potential customers, convenient for introducing new products, promotions.
- Regularly arrange and change product positions to catch the eyes, at the right time to help maintain sales (reaching 85-90% of the monthly target).
- Control inventory and transport between stores to prevent stock shortages.
- Take measures to avoid damage to goods, waste, and minimize losses at the store.
Staff and reports (30% of work):
- Guide and ensure employees understand products and promotions to convey to customers.
- Arrange weekly/monthly work schedule, avoiding the situation of no staff on shift.
- Make a file to report the status of revenue, employees, goods to superiors at the end of each month.
- Complete documents on expenses incurred at the store and finalize with the accounting department.
