The main project I took part in was the implementation of an industry specific business management software for a big automotive group. My key responsibilities included: 1. Business process analysis and improvements: I acquired a deep knowledge of industry specific business process and industry related software which allowed me to provide functional expertise and guide clients for the set up, configuration and implementation of the new software. This included reviewing some of their business processes with them to ensure greater efficiency. 2. Requirements engineering and product management: I collected and analyzed customers’ feedback and translated it into new requirements. I ensured proper follow-up with IT to make sure that new features would properly respond to customers’ needs. I conducted functional testing, validation and documented new features. 3. Stakeholder management and coordination: Acted as the main contact person Facilitated meetings between business stakeholders and IT, providing subject-matter expertise and ensuring alignment. 4. Project management and deliverables: created and managed relevant deliverables and ensured proper follow-up on deadlines and contributed to creation and proper follow up of governance framework 5. Customer success management: followed up with clients, supported change management and adoption activities for new functionalities. This included reviewing some of their business processes with them to ensure greater efficiency and better use of the product. Overall, as a consultant itself, I had other tasks outside of projects such as helping in drafting proposals for new projects and organize events with clients.
