Dr. Latame Phillips is a U.S. Army combat veteran, business executive, TEDx speaker, and certified business entrepreneur coach based in San Diego, California. Born in Mombasa, Kenya and raised in San Diego, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance and Management from the University of Southern California, along with an MBA and Ph.D. in Business Entrepreneurship and Business Administration from Trinity University. His leadership approach was shaped through military service during Operation Enduring Iraqi Freedom and later refined through corporate wealth-management roles with major organizations.
