- Responsible for DOCSIS 3.0/3.1 Cable Modem Home Gateway with VoIP telephony (WeMTA) product lines on CALA (Caribbean and Latin America) accounts.

- Responsible for RFQ technical proposal of a Next-Gen STB product with PC gaming console (supporting high-end graphic card), Smart Speaker (far-field voice control, face recognition, home automation) and Home Hub (IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Mesh WiFi included) features using AMD APU newest V-series x86 platform. This product supports an optional feature of Breakout Box which functions as a docking station with PD equipped. - Project technical lead for project prototyping. Coordinate EVT evaluation and debugging with ODM and suppliers, e.g. APU and USB-C PD controller.

- Project technical lead for DELL USB-C Triple-Display Docking Station ODM project (project code: UNO, model name: D6000g, main chipset: DisplayLink DL6950). Product feature supports 2x DP and 1x HDMI video connectors rendering thress display outputs up to 4K with Type-C platform, and supports combining DP1 and DP2 up to 5K@60Hz along with HDMI 4K@30Hz outputs. Resolved pigtail cable Type C-to-A adaptor issue by adding TI 4x6 channels USB-C Alt-mode MUX. - Project technical lead for Targus USB-C MST (Multi-Stream Transport) Docking Station ODM project (model name: DOCK510). Adopted two PCBA stacking design in one chassis which is lagecay Targus DOCK410 ID design. Product feature supports auto-detecting UFP is VESA Alt-mode or USB mode, and then system will enable DL6950 or not. - Responsible for Lenovo Enhanced USB 3.1 Gen2 dock RFQ proposal which supports BC1.2 charging port. Customer requested to eliminate 2.4GHz wireless mouse interfering USB3.0 port issue. Provided test methodology to customer.

- Lead internal Wireless Power R&D project to evaluate WPC/Qi and AirFuel/A4WP standards in Q2’16. - Project technical lead for ADB (Advanced Digital Broadcast) STB ODM projects:  - Israel MSO – BCM7242 based. Latens CA. 1H’13. - Responsible for designing platforms/SoC determining for RFQs of EchoStar/Pace/Arris/Humax/Sagemcom/MyBox DVB/ATSC/OTT STB projects. Major contact window including consolidating NRE quote and project milestone schedule.

- Supervised system design and sub-system flow-down for DVB-C digital set-top box product for China market. Worked closely with Customers, Marketing, and Development teams to ensure desired product/system goals are met. - Managed platform configuration of DVB-C digital set-top box products for EMEA market (MSO in Spain). - Developed Systems Engineering organization, and managed the team.

- Conducted DVB-C digital set-top box product functional specification for EMEA market. - Developed cable modem products and received CW24 certificate which was the first wave of DOCSIS2.0. Received CW26 and ECW13 certificates for this cable modem product series. - Developed EMTA products compliant to PacketCable. - Developed IP Telephony products with features of primary lines by broadband telephony interface. - Developed analog set-top box products, and continued driving projects of cost reduction.
