I was born in 1996 in Malaysia. In 2016, I went to Taiwan for my studies, which not only broadened my horizons but also cultivated my ability to adapt to different environments. Currently, I work as a sales officer at a bank in Malaysia, where I am primarily responsible for recommending and selling financial products to clients. I interact with clients from diverse backgrounds daily, providing personalized financial advice based on their needs and helping them choose the most suitable financial products. Through this process, I have learned how to quickly understand client needs and build long-term, trusting relationships with them. Prior to this, I gained experience working in the service industry, which enhanced my communication skills and ability to maintain friendly interactions with clients. These experiences have not only enabled me to excel in my current role but also equipped me with the adaptability to transition into various industries. Although I am currently working in the financial sector, I have a broader interest in my future career development. I am passionate about learning and exploring new fields and hope to apply the skills and experience I have gained in the financial industry to other areas in the future. I remain open to my long-term career goals and look forward to discovering the right direction for me through continuous learning and growth.
