* Increase CASA and fee-based income through effective customer relationship management * Achieved brand business and profitability targets consistently over 5 years * Strengthened credit risk management through disciplined underwriting and active portfolio monitoring * Inspire and support branch personnel so that they can form and realize attainable individual and team performance targets. * Formulate and execute sales plans aimed at increasing deposit and loan acquisitions alongside gainful fee income.

* Approve and authorize transactions that exceed the delegated authority limits of subordinates, ensuring proper oversight and compliance. * Serve as the highest authority at the branch, responsible for ensuring that all transactions and daily operations are completed accurately, on time, and in full adherence to the bank’s policies and procedures. * Represent the bank’s interests in communications and coordination with regulators (e.g., Bank Indonesia) and local government authorities.

* Develop new trade finance products tailored to clients needs * Ensure smooth coordination with relationship managers, corporate bankings and treasury items. * Manage pricing,profitability analysis and portfolio performance

* Execute money market, foreign exchange, and securities transactions as instructed by the Treasury Manager * Process and verify treasury deals (FX, deposits, investments) in the system accurately. * Maintain records of treasury transactions and confirmations with counterparties.
