Objective is
(A)Truly board-less (0 um) panel unit 12.7" development for stitching/tilling large MicroLED TV application (89")
(B)This high demanding project collaborated with important customer Samsung Display-visual display division.
(C) 2018~2019 feasibility verification phase; 2019~2021 DVT phase; 2021~2022/H2 MP phase.(

The key challenges include---
1. PWM driving scheme verification
2. array test loop & mechanism development for yield monitor
3. brand new - side wiring & back side process development.
Achievements are -
(a) PWM simultaneous driving mode to
PWM progressive driving mode
(b) Circuit in AA induced mura improvement
(c) Advanced array test loop for weak on dot
(d) optimize Aging condition for panel
reliability
(e) ESD origin v.s process step/flow and prevention
(f) Anti-ESD design rule development.
(g) array Fab 4.5 generation. transfer to Fab 6 generation for
throughput increment.
(h) smooth & effective communication and cooperation with serious customer
