PWM driving scheme verification 2. array test loop & mechanism development for yield monitor 3. brand new - side wiring & back side process development. Achievements are - (a) PWM simultaneous driving mode to PWM progressive driving mode (b) Circuit in AA induced mura improvement (c) Advanced array test loop for weak on dot (d) optimize Aging condition for panel reliability (e) ESD origin v.s process step/flow and prevention (f) Anti-ESD design rule development. (g) array Fab 4.5 generation. transfer to Fab 6 generation for throughput increment. (h) smooth & effective communication and cooperation with serious customer
