•Tackled technician recruiting obstacles which high correlate with UX and brand satisfaction, this data-driven marketing plan includes:
- Applied SEO & SEM to increase CTR based on the target audience’s market research;
- Analyzing user’s habit of browsing website to redesign website interface and content to enhance job application rate;
- Doing video marketing, micro-influencer partnership, and campus campaigns to pivot traditional mechanic’s stereotype.
<1st Place in the Haier America Inc Marketing Plan Competition>
•Lead a team of 3, creating a 2 years marketing plan with 50 million budget which generates 365% ROI in 2 years. Interviewed 60+ customers.
•Due to the low brand awareness and Chinese brand perception, this project is designed for Haier America Inc to break into the U.S market.
