Skilled in processing and analyzing data, compiling work instructions, internal audits, compiling documents for manual HACCP, PRP, and Food Safety Management System. Conducting training on new employees related to the chemical and microbiology laboratories, GLP, GMP, CCP and OPRP. Have participated in the Halal Certification Training and participated in compiling documents for the purposes of the Risk Management Program Certification from BPOM (PMR).
