*** Main Responsibility: Branding & Performance
- Propose, plan, and budget Marketing activities for markets following the Company's general marketing strategy and KPIs.
- Build a brand identity for VUS centres in provinces and cities through marketing activities: FOH OOH, PR, etc.
- Propose a content plan with lead-generation goals on digital channels at provincial and cities facilities
- Propose suitable added value programs for students/parents to increase retention rate in the provincial market.
- Work with the CE department to deploy extracurricular activities for students
- Manage and develop sales documents and scripts for the DMK channel
- Manage and develop sales documents and sales scripts for TMK/Telesales channels
- Allocate KPIs to channels, prepare reports and evaluate DMK's activities for each market.
- Survey the market and analyze work results weekly/monthly/quarterly to propose ways to improve work efficiency.
